Buttermilk Yogurt ice cream200 ml buttermilk300 ml yuorgt3 egg yolks6-8 tbsp sugar100 gstrawberry (or raspberry)Heat up buttermilk in a sauce pan and add egg yolks and sugar. Stir continuously until cream somewhat thickens. (about 15 min) Don't let it boil!!!!Add yuorgt and let it cool in the refrigerator for few hours, but better the whole night. The next day place the container in the freezer and when it starts to freeze stir it with an electric mixer. Repeat this in every hour for about 4-5x, or process the cream in the ice cream machine. Boil strawberries and gently fold the sauce into the ice cream. Let it freeze.You can fill some popsicle molds if you feel like it.
